ABOUT THE COCOON

Just down the hill from the Rusty Butterfly is the Cocoon. A 192 sq ft guest house with elevated deck. It is a single room with two twin beds that double as sofas and can be pushed together to create a king bed. There’s a ¾ bathroom with its own septic system. The kitchenette has an under counter refrigerator, a small sink, microwave, toaster and electric frying pan. Water is supplied by a cistern. There is no stove, oven, or television. Heat and air conditioning are provided by a mini-split. There is a separate driveway and parking spot next to the Cocoon.
